More than
a restaurant.
A family.
Staff as family
At SARDI, our team is more than staff — we're a family united by respect, passion, and the joy of sharing Peruvian culture. You'll often see our chefs and servers connecting with guests, sharing stories behind each dish, ensuring every visit feels like coming home.
The dream of Sophia & James
SARDI was born from the dream of two entrepreneurs to share the flavors of Peru with South Florida. The name honors Sophia's grandfather, whose warmth, integrity, and love for family meals continue to inspire everything we do. Chef Sophia, born and raised in Peru, brings her heritage to life through dishes that blend tradition, creativity, and heart.
Crafted individually, every time
We take pride in crafting every dish individually, using the freshest ingredients and traditional Peruvian techniques. From our signature Lomo Saltado to our bright Ceviche, each bite is a tribute to Peru's rich culinary diversity — served with the personal touch that defines SARDI.
Rooted in Wilton Manors
SARDI proudly opened its doors with the support of Wilton Manors' leaders and was featured in local media celebrating our authentic Peruvian cuisine and community spirit. We are honored to be part of this vibrant, welcoming neighborhood.
